Born in 1992. Began attending art class in 2006 as a middle school student (age 14), which marked the start of over 19 years of ongoing artistic activity at Ripehouse in Higashi Osaka City.

Until around 2015, he created beautiful abstract paintings made up of overlapping rectangles and rich painterly textures. In recent years, he has been producing works with distinctive borders—not simply horizontal lines, but built up through countless repeated brushstrokes.

Painted according to his own internal rules, these works contain the key elements of modernist expression: flatness, materiality, gravity, repeated gesture, and a sense of time. Yet they seem to escape from these elements, and exist as unique abstract paintings.
